Your products, services or your brand in general are hopefully something others are talking about on social media. Whether it's good or bad, it's imperative you know what people are saying about your business. Keeping a pulse on your audience will take you a long way to understanding what your customers need/want and keeping them happy. You can do this using tools like Social Mention.
